Common questions

How do I add the widgets to my theme?

Open the App's dashboard and use the Setup guide — the "Add to theme" buttons open your theme editor with the block already in place. Press Save and you're done.

How do I import reviews from another app?

Go to Import in the App and upload your CSV export. Judge.me exports work out of the box; generic CSVs need rating, review text, and a product handle or ID.

When are review request emails sent?

14 days after an order is fulfilled (configurable), with a single reminder a week later. Customers who purchased get a verified badge on their reviews automatically.
